A.  After the euthanasia campaign is ended, SS doctors are assigned in the East.  Mass murder begins in death camps.

B.  Evolving Nazi policy regarding the Jews: 

        1. expulsion, “Entfernung.”  With closing of borders due to World War II

        2. concentration. 

        3.  The Final Solution, “Entlösung.”

C.  At the Wannsee Conference, Heydrich systematizes the Final Solution.

D. The death toll:
